Day 17
JOUR 3 –
 – 3h30
Exploration of Tokyo Bay with its Rainbow Bridge suspended over the bay and motorcycle handling. After some instructions, we experience our first adventure within the world's largest megalopolis. Easy! We pause halfway before reaching Hakone, a hot spring resort known for its hot springs. We dine in yukata, the traditional Japanese attire, and enjoy the "Onsens".
JOUR 5 –
 – 3h15
We take the ferry to disembark in Kansai, a region considered the historical heart of Japan. Before reaching Ise, we enjoy a beautiful road and a magnificent view of the bay below. Ise is known to be the epicenter of Shinto shrines. We wander through the neighborhoods that were once the essential stop for traveling merchants. Back on the saddle for an overnight stop, away from the hustle and bustle.
JOUR 9 –
 – 3h15
We visit the sacred island of Miyajima with its famous Torii gate, Ootorii, built of camphor wood, lacquered in vermilion red, and standing in the middle of the sea. During the morning, we stroll freely on this beautiful island, visiting the pavilions of Itsukushima Shrine, which appears to float on the water, and enjoying the nature and deer that come to seek some treats. We return to the motorcycles in the early afternoon to head north to the Sea of Japan.
JOUR 11 –
 – 5h15
Departure for Kyoto and some pleasant countryside roads. We will arrive in the outskirts of the city in the middle of the afternoon to discover its famous Golden Pavilion, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Kinkaku-ji. The only access to its beautifully maintained gardens gives it mystery and allure. We will finish by crossing Kyoto before arriving at the hotel, in the heart of the popular neighborhoods and close to the entertainment.
JOUR 13 –
 – 4h15
We will leave Kyoto for Lake Biwa and its shores. The destination is Hikone and its castle. Built during the Edo period between 1603 and 1622, it is part of the UNESCO World Heritage and represents a strong symbol of the Japanese feudal system. Visit of the castle, its museum, and lunch. We will then continue towards Mount Ibuki and its winding roads that surround it. Arrival in the late afternoon in Gifu, a city known in Japan for its cormorant fishing.
JOUR 15 –
 – 4h45
This last day will take us to KosuFarm through the beautiful mountain roads, finally arriving in Tomioka. This small town houses an old spinning mill and a silkworm breeding center. It symbolizes the beginning of Japan's industrialization and was the result of collaboration between France and Japan in the late 19th century. Today, the spinning mill is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discovery and guided tour. Return to the outskirts of Tokyo by nightfall.
JOUR 17 –
Return of the motorcycles in the morning. A metro pass will be provided for you to freely explore the capital and its famous neighborhoods such as the incredible Shibuya, where the crowds are staggering, Shinjuku, a hub of skyscrapers, Harajuku, the temple of fashion and Japanese youth, Kagurazaka with its French quarter, and many other places according to your preferences.
